Welcome to the Wesleyan Coaching Network! 

A key part of "Equipping Wesleyan leaders and churches with a missional A*C*T*N Plan" so we can multiply healthy churches is equipping our leaders with great coaching skills.

Our goal is to "create of culture of empowering leaders on every level of ministry through coaching"…a primary way we encourage, empower and equip leaders in our new and existing churches and ministries.  Through the development of our Wesleyan Coaching Network, we will equip leaders across the Wesleyan Church with great coaching skills that allow them to coach anyone anywhere anytime about anything. 

Leaders join our Wesleyan Coaching Network by completing our Coaching Foundations training and are recognized as Apprentice Coaches.  For those that desire further training to strengthen their coaching skills, we have a process to become a Certified Coach on our Wesleyan Coaching Team.  We will further encourage and equip coaches to follow their passion and fruitfulness to become equipped in an  area of specialization such as church planting, parent church planting, church health/refocusing, leadership growth, etc.  We envision every DS and E&CG Director, DBA and DBMD member and other key leaders trained in and championing the ministry of coaching.
